Pyrmont Apartments

Completed 2015

Pyrmont Apartment is located near the iconic Darling Harbour Precinct and is characterised by residential apartment buildings facing the Darling Harbour skyline.

The project consists of demolishing the existing dwelling and constructing a ten storey building, including a basement, multipurpose ground level and residential apartments.

The design implements State Environmental Planning Policy 65 (SEPP 65) Residential Flat Code requirements. Consideration has been given to mobility access into the building.

Close to fifteen consultants were engaged to prepare the documentation, which to name a few included Section J and BCA Compliance, Geotechnical, Structural, Town Planner.
